We had the chance to share our journey with Elaine Watson (Global food tech editor, AgFunderNews (AFN)). As a team we’re proud to be helping to put South Africa on the alternative protein map.

Likewise providing an example as to how Public Private Partnerships, in our case with South Africa’s Council for Scientific and Industrial Reasearch (www.csir.co.za), can work to drive innovation.
