Based in Johannesburg South Africa, MycoSure is led by seasoned professionals. Driven by curiosity, purposeful by nature, and with innovation coded into our DNA, we are developing breakthrough ingredients to dramatically improve our food system.
Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Charles leads MycoSure’s strategic vision and ambition. He is a purpose orientated leader with significant commercial and ESG experience and has worked in London and across several African markets. He has spent more than 25 years in financial services including executive roles in impact investing, small business development and socio-economic development.
Charles also serves as a Board Member of Enactus South Africa – a global (36 countries) non-profit whose vision is to create a better and more sustainable world by developing the next generation of entrepreneurial and social innovators.

Charles leads MycoSure’s strategic vision and ambition. He is an empathetic, curious, and imaginative leader with a significant commercial and ESG experience having spent more than 15 years in financial services and socio-economic development at an Executive level.
Charles also serves as a Board Member of Enactus South Africa – a global (36 countries) non-profit whose vision is to create a better and more sustainable world by developing the next generation of entrepreneurial and social innovators.
Co-Founder / Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Greg is responsible for all commercial and operational aspects of the business. He has over a decade of experience in a high growth technology firm at Group Executive Committee and Main Board level including having successfully led the two largest business units in South Africa’s foremost legal tech company.
Greg is passionate about leveraging technology for positive impact on our planet and society. Having spent the last 15-years of his career focusing on the rule of law, he co-founded MycoSure with the aim to leave the world in a better place. He holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town.
