1. Select and Seed
We grow mycelia from strains well known for their high protein content, and fast growth rates, in a controlled environment. The output of this process is the “seed” required for our fermentation process.

2. Ferment and Grow
We seed industrial scale bio-reactors and use a combination of different variables to create the optimal growing environment for our mycelium. The output of this process is a nutrient dense biomass.

We harvest and process the biomass to produce a nutritious and protein dense powder. The output of this process is a high-quality ingredient used by our customers in their product formulations.
