Excited to share that Lindelwa Shongwe has joined MycoSure as part of the Youth Employment Services (YES) program! Lindelwa brings with him a BSc in Microbiology and Zoology. His expertise in food microbiology and food analysis will be incredibly valuable to us as we explore various applications for our myco-protein.
