How would your view of food change if you were told we only had “Sixty Harvests Left”?

Co-founder of MycoSure, Charles Reed, recently had the opportunity to chat to Philip Lymbery Global Chief Executive of Compassion in World Farming in World Farming (www.ciwf.org.uk).

CIWF work with some of the world’s biggest food companies as part of their work towards a more ethical and sustainable food supply. While in South Africa to present Woolworths with a special recognition award for their leadership in cage free farming systems, Peter and Charles had a chance to discuss the pressing need for a more sustainable food supply and MycoSure’s vision to help change the way food is produced.

Peter is also the author of Sixty Harvests Left. It’s both a stark and detailed narrative of the scale of challenges we are facing but likewise a roadmap as to how we can navigate these challenges to create a sustainable future.
