We’re excited to share a recent profile of our collaboration with the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). The profile showcases our successful proof of concept to develop mycelium-based fermentation technology to produce high quality mycoprotein. We’re now producing market samples and will be working with prospective food and beverage partners teams to develop applications for our protein in their product lines.
Our partnership with CSIR has enabled MycoSure to move quickly through our initial R&D to develop a first generation product and we’re looking forward to continuing to develop our technology together. We’re especially excited about the potential of this technology as a platform, allowing us to explore different fungal strains for various applications.
