As part of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)’s 80th anniversary celebrations, His Excellency, President Cyril Ramaphosa toured their facilities to see how science and innovation are helping drive South Africa’s development.
We were proud to have MycoSure’s mycoprotein featured as one of the showcased technologies. Our mycelium-based protein is just one example of how natural solutions can help address key sustainability challenges like food security. Partnerships like the one we have with the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) are key to turning innovative ideas into real-world impact.
